At JTM Auto 4x4 Parts & Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
